RiddhiSiddhi Bullions Ltd., christens its ATMs as ‘State ATMs’


          RiddhiSiddhi Bullions has a mandate to open 50,000 ATMs all over India.

          The rollouts started in November 14 and as on April 15 end, it has 77 ATMs.

          The brand name of its ATMs is State ATM.

          The rollout is being handled by Raha Payment Solutions Private Limited.  Mr. Abhishek Bafna, Director is spearheading the rollout plans on behalf of RiddhiSiddhi Bullions Ltd.

          The pan-India rollout plan is going slow, as the number of footfalls in the ATMs is not upto the mark.  Low footfalls increase the operating costs.

Since November 2014, residents of Andhra Pradesh can purchase Sand through a Government designated agency i.e Society of the Elimination of Rural Poverty (SERP).

Objective:
The objective of the scheme is to sale a valuable natural resource i.e Sand in a transparent manner.

11 tips for successful Sand purchase through Andhra Pradesh Sales System:-

01) The website http://sandbyshg.ap.gov.in/ has been designed by AP Online.

02)Regular traders to register at this webpage. Remember the username and the password.

03) Registered users can make online payment for their orders. Online payment is beneficial as the booking details on successful payment are transferred to the respective sand depot.

04)One time users can complete the booking and proceed to make the payment through offline mode.

05)On completion of the formalities at the booking website, a bank challan is generated.

06)Two copies of the respective challan along with cash has to be presented in the eligible Bank branch counter.

07)The respective bank branch staff verify the credentials on the challan and accept cash(if below INR 49,000/-) or cheque (if above INR 50,000/-) and update the payment details in their  system.

08) One copy of the duly stamped challan is handed over to the customer.

09)The transaction is deemed complete and the order details are transferred to the respective sand depot.

10) Payment can be remitted at “Mee Seva” counters too.

11)  The payment has to be made within 24 hours of the online booking, otherwise the transaction will be cancelled.

AIIMS Bhubaneswar and Bank of India introduce Prepaid Smart Cards

              The forerunner to this launch is the 2013 rollout @ AIIMS-Delhi in Cardiothoracic and Neurosciences Centre, AIIMS.

This Prepaid Cash Card Seva launched by Financial Software & Systems Pvt. Ltd as a unique innovation to integrate technology with social welfare.

The aim of this prepaid card is to provide patients with a one stop window for paying fee charges of all services.

Taking this forward, Bank of India unveiled a special prepaid card for patients of AIIMS at Bhubaneswar.

The card was unveiled in presence of Bank’s Executive Director Shri R.P.Marathe and AIIMS, Bhubaneswar’s Director Dr. Ashok Kumar Mohapatra.

AIIMS Bhubaneswar is one of the six AIIMS like apex healthcare institutes established by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. AIIMS Bhubaneshwar is part of Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY).

The number of patients visiting AIIMS Bhubaneswar is on the increase  due to excellent medical facilities.

RBIQ 2015 Curtain Raiser


          The process for hosting Reserve Bank of India Quiz 2015 has begun with Reserve Bank of India releasing a tender notification for the same.
          The last date for submission of the tender document is May 7, 2015.
          Highlights of the tender are:
         
Quiz Name: RBIQ 2015, All India Inter-School Quiz organized by RBI

Open for: Students in standards 9, 10, 11 and 12 across all boards in India are eligible to participate in RBIQ 2015.

Quiz Model:  Stage 1 - 62 city quizzes
Stage 2 - 4 Zonal Semi-finals,
Stage 3 -  4 Zonal Finals
Stage 4 - 1 National Final.

Broadcast Program: 4 Zonal Finals and the National Final will be shot for TV over four to five days for being telecast later on a National Channel.

Quiz scope: Content of the quiz to be based on the following subjects: the history and role of RBI and other Indian banking institutions, economics, trade and commerce, accounting, finance, Indian Constitution, Monetary policies, currency management, Current Affairs, important personalities and events.

Quiz format: Quiz at 62 local rounds as also the 4 zonal semi finals will have written preliminary tests followed by an interactive Q & A round on the same day at the same venue.

The format for the four zonal finals and a National Final will have only Q & A rounds.
All the quiz rounds will be conducted in Hinglish or a mix of simple English and Hindi.
The content of Quiz rounds at each location will have to be different. The visual elements/ questions have to be one of the main highlights of the content.


The Bank will arrange for contacting schools, selection and hiring of venue, travel and stay of quizmaster/s at all locations.
