Club Mahindra - 8 out 10 NPS Score for the Onboarding experience.
The below confirmation mail from Club Mahindra says it all.
Just took a leap of faith and locked in a membership program with Club Mahindra.
The journey started off with sharing
my mobile number on their website.
There were two or three calls from their
central office team to fix up the appointment.
On the scheduled day, one call from
central office and the respective Sales Manager to confirm the appointment took
place.
1st
Appointment - 45 – 60 Minutes
walkthrough, overview of the various plans, plus and minuses of each plan i.e
Bliss / Purple/Red/White/Blue - Hotel
Units / Studio Unit / 1BR etc, so on and so forth.
2nd
Appointment – 90 – 105 minutes
on a rainy evening.
Deal
finalisation/ initial payment / EMI finalisation
SMS / Mails / Conformation calls followed
in the next few days. And, finally, the welcome mail from Club Mahindra Team.
There are mixed reviews on Google
Matha. However, in my view, folks tend the negative points rather than the
positive points. So, took the leap of faith, locked a 15-year commitment with
Club Mahindra.
Typically, each Club Mahindra means an
emotional involvement of 4 to 6 months. Please note the financial involvement has
already been done, i.e at the time of membership conformation.
So, what is logic of investment of 4-6
months for every Club Mahindra Holiday. Well, wait for my future updates.
The first holiday at Club Mahindra
properties is planned around September 2024. Looking forward for wonderful
memories.
