The Sr Team Lead for Jio-bp's Co-branded Credit Card
program will be responsible for conceptualizing and leading the successful
implementation and launch of the card.
This role involves comprehensive
program management, coordination with various stakeholders, market analysis,
and ensuring the program's competitive edge.
### Key Responsibilities
#### Program Management
- **GTM Strategy and Marketing
Plan**: Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy and marketing plan to
ensure a successful card launch.
- **P&L Management**: Oversee
the program’s profit and loss, ensuring financial goals are met.
- **Partnership Management**:
Establish and manage partnerships with OEMs, merchants, and other stakeholders
to offer compelling card benefits.
- **Campaign Creation**: Design
and implement campaigns to drive card acquisition, usage, and retention.
- **Benefit Coordination**:
Coordinate the use of network and issuer benefits, securing funding for
qualifying incentives and marketing support.
- **Brand Guidelines Adherence**:
Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines and manage the co-branded card
marketing calendar.
- **Training and
Familiarization**: Ensure corporate employees, channel partners, and their
staff are well-informed about the card’s value. Provide regular training to
address queries and promote the program.
- **Compliance and Operations**:
Oversee system operations and ensure compliance aspects of the co-branded
credit card program through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

the proposed Jio-bp
co-branded credit card will be available to new credit users, such as truck
drivers, or if it will be limited to existing credit card holders in India.
One new initiative from Jio-bp is the Trans-Connect
Fleet Management Program, which offers comprehensive management solutions for
commercial vehicle owners. This program allows users to remotely control their
trucks, monitor performance and fuel consumption, improve cash flow, and receive
loyalty incentives, enhancing overall business efficiency and profitability.
Trans-Connect provides both prepaid and postpaid options.
There is a possibility of issuing
the co-branded credit cards to fleet drivers who are part of the Trans-Connect
program, but the details are yet to be finalized by the Jio-bp team.
