State Bank of India wants you to spend less time in its branches

          Though the share of digital banking transactions over physical banking transactions is on the increase, the walk-in customers at bank branches are not decreasing.           To enhance customer satisfaction and reduce staff fatigue, banks are rolling out innovative technology based tools.           In this regard, State Bank of India has launched ‘State Bank of India NO Queue’ Mobile App.           This APP is available on both from Google Play store and Apple App store.           The APP was launched by Smt.Arundhati Bhattacharya, Chairman, SBI in Mumbai.           The aim of the APP is simple – Reduce waiting time for customers in its branches.        ...
