Opening 01) Job Title –  RnP, Risk Operation Agent

Synopsis – A) Minimum 12 months experience in customer service area

The Risk Operation Agent is usually the first point of physical contact for PayPal Customers. Risk Operation Agents are expected to be compassionate and provide timely resolution of customer’s questions and enquiries.

PayPal Risk Operation Agents should exhibit strong communication skills, excels at customer interaction, exhibits creativity and skill in delivering practical solutions, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Certifications – High School Diploma or equivalent

Opening 02) Job Title – CRS - Spoof Processing

Synopsis – Spoof Processing Team Members are expected to analyse Account History of allotted Accounts for mitigating risk to PayPal and Account Holders.

Spoof Processing Team Members have to continuously monitor transactions in their allotted accounts for any abnormal behaviour and notify management in case of any inconsistencies.

Charge Back – Risk Operations Agent have to offer practical solutions to Buyers as well as Sellers.

Over a period of time, Charge Back-Risk Operations Agents are expected to be familiar with PayPal’s Consumer Protection Policies.

PayPal Senior Sanctions Investigator have to investigate customer activity across multiple platforms to ensure customer activity is within the acceptable government bodies parameters.

PayPal Senior Sanctions Investigator are expected to create brief summaries of investigations done by them and to take appropriate mitigation action, wherever necessary.

PayPal Sanctions Investigator have to get themselves updated with policy changes as and when rolled out.
