DMart Ready – UPI not yet active
In a short span of time, DMart has become very popular, with 200+ stores spread all over India. There has been a constant demand for an online avatar of DMart.
To cater to the requirements of
eCommerce enthusiasts, DMart launched ‘DMart App’.
‘DMart Ready’ is the APP Avtar of
DMart. One can buy any daily household products available in the linked DMart
store.
Delivery is only to specific pin codes.
The delivery area is mapped as per the nearest DMart store.
DMart offers two types of delivery for
your convenience:
1) Self Pick Up: Order online from the app
and pick up your order from a ‘DMart Ready’ Pick Up point nearest to you. There
is no delivery charge for collecting your order from a DMart Ready Pick Up
point.
2) Home Delivery: Place your order online
and get it delivered to your home or office at a convenient date & time of
your choice. You will be charged a nominal delivery fee.
The bill amount can be paid via Cash
on Delivery, Credit / Debit Cards, Net Banking.
UPI as a payment channel is not yet
enabled. This means the customer cannot use his/her VPA (Virtual Payment
Address) of any UPI App.
Due to the nationwide lockdown, there is
heavy stress on the ‘DMart Ready’ App. The traffic is extremely heavy and it
has become a challenge for DMart Team to manage the virtual traffic.
Customers are requested to wait till the
lockdown is over, to experience the real joy of ordering and transacting
through ‘DMart Ready’. Till then, please do not also post any reviews on Google
Play Store. Please note that this is an extraordinary time.
It will be great if DMart enables UPI as a
payment option. UPI is very popular now and almost shopping apps offer UPI as a
payment channel
