 State Bank of India - Recruitment of Junior Associates. Please activate UPI as a fees payment option

        State Bank of India, Human Resources Department, announced the recruitment program for Junior Associates.

        The window for Online Registration and Fees Payment is open from April 27th, 2021 to May 17th, 2021.  

        The openings are in the States/UT  of Gujarat, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Chattisgarh, West Bengal, A&N Islands, Sikkim, Odisha, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh,  Himachal Pradesh, Chandigarh, Punjab, Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Delhi, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Telangana, Rajasthan, Kerala, Lakshwadeep, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Goa, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura.

        The processing fees for the whole program is as under:

APPLICATION FEE AND INTIMATION CHARGE: (Non-Refundable)

Sl. Category Fee/ intimation Charges

1. SC/ ST/ PWD/ XS/DXS - Nil

2. General/ OBC/ EWS -- Rs 750/-

After registration candidates are required to pay the requisite application fee through online mode by using debit card/ credit card/ Internet Banking.

Account Description Does Not Tally – Return Reason Removed

          NPCI vide circular No 177, dated July 28 th , 2016, informed the Banking community that the APB Return Code NO 3 – Account Description does not tally is removed from the valid return reasons.            As the participants have to make necessary changes in their Software, the effective date of this circular is September 1 st , 2016.           It may be noted that the ‘Beneficiary Name’, is an Optional field and the Sponsor Bank may choose NOT to incorporate the Beneficiary Name in the input field.                NPCI has observed that few banks are mapping the return records of ‘Aadhaar not mapped to the account number’, to ‘Account Description Does Not Tally’.
