 Financial Literacy Week 2022 Theme “Go Digital, Go Secure”

            Reserve Bank of India has a tradition of conducting FLW or Financial Literacy Week (FLW) every year since 2016.

            The objective of Financial Literacy Week is to propagate financial education messages on various themes among members of the public across the country.

            The FLW theme for 2022 is finalized and it is “Go Digital, Go Secure”.

            The “Go Digital, Go Secure” theme will be observed between February 14-18, 2022.



            Under the “Go Digital, Go Secure” theme, there will be three focus areas.

            The three focus areas are

(a) Convenience of digital transactions;

(b) Security of digital transactions;

and (c) Protection of customers.

 

Reserve Bank of India will run mass media campaigns centred around the 3 focus areas to spread the message of Financial Literacy Week L amongst the bank customers spread across India. 

Reserve Bank of India has also advised Banks to disseminate the information and create awareness among their customers and general public.

During the FLW, general public can look forward to: -

NCFE (National Centre for Financial Education) is observing “Financial Literacy Week (FLW 2022)” from February 14, 2022 to February 18, 2022 with the theme “Go Digital - Go Secure".

 

Banks too may decide to conduct exclusive sessions for their customers. Please look out for mails or SMSs from your banks.

The detailed programs being offered by your banks should be circulated early next week.
