Why 116 Wishes?

Simple, Tata Neu has a wide canvas.

          Tata 1MG users are receiving mails stating that 1 mgcash will now be NeuCoins.

          NeuCoins are the universal reward points or virtual coins

          NeuCoins can only be redeemed on select Tata eCommerce sites. They have no use in the physical world.

          NeuCoins cannot be seen in a physical sense. NeuCoins are completely virtual coins.

Each NeuCoin is equivalent to INR1.

The earning and redemption cycle of NeuCoins is dynamic and keeps changing as and when required.

The NeuCoins earned on 1MG can be redeemed Tata Neu platform.

1mg users have been informed of a slight change in the terms and conditions of NeuCoins earned via 1mg platform.

Hence my Wish 7 is -Do not complicate life-

Simplify it, so more and more Tata Neu users can keep on transacting on the Tata eCommerce Sites, without being overwhelmed.

An example may be helpful, Anil is a registered 1MG user

01/05/2022 – Purchase made on 1MG, earned 5 few NeuCoins

Anil has to do another transaction before 30th July 2022 on 1MG, to continue the benefits of the 5 NeuCoins earned on 01/05/2022.

If no transaction done on 1MG before 30th July 2022, the 5 NeuCoins just disappear from Anil’s 1MG wallet.

The example may change depending on the mail interpretation  

So, users need to be extra careful to avoid miss - outs from their end.

And, my Wish 7 is ‘Do not complicate life’. As it is, there are enough complications in life.
