Tata Neu – Promo Neu Coins should be valid for 30 days – Wish 8

Why 116 Wishes?

Simple, Tata Neu has a wide canvas.

          Once in a while, 1MG users are rewarded with 1MG cash of INR75/-.



          This 1MG cash has a very less shelf life, typically 2 days. In case the user does not transact n 1MG during these 2 days, the special cash of INR75/- vanishes from his / her 1MG account.

          This reward cannot be transferred to any other 1MG user.

          Since last week, the INR75/- reward is being credited to Tata Neu as NeuCoins if the 1MG user is registered on the Tata Neu platform.

And, these special NeuCoins have a short shelf life.  These adds up another confusion layer to the NeuCoin Holders

In the future, if this trend continues other Tata Group may also give away Promo NeuCoins to Tata Neu users.

Hence, my Wish 8 is ‘Promo NeuCoins should be valid for 30 days’.

Benefit 02) Tata Neu users can plan and shop meaningfully on the Tata Neu platform

Benefit 03) Tata Neu users need not contact customer for upcoming promo coins

Benefit 04) Tata Neu users need not feel cheated on seeing expired NeuCoins in their wallet
