Today begins a seven-day series revisiting a dream that first took shape last year:
The Ratan Tata Museum — a give-back legacy for India’s youth.

In 2023–24, the idea emerged ahead of the RTIH Go-Live phase.
The timing was premature.
The ecosystem was still forming.
Leadership attention was naturally focused on operational readiness.

But 2025 is different.
The innovation hubs are running, the infrastructure is stabilised, and the youth of Andhra Pradesh are stepping into a decade of design, engineering, and responsible innovation.

Re-introducing the Museum Dream at this moment serves a meaningful purpose:

1. A Place Where Leadership Becomes a Learning Experience

A museum that captures the humility, courage, and nation-building philosophy of Shri Ratan Tata becomes a living classroom for youth.

2. A National Space for Ethical Innovation

The museum can anchor programs on ethics-in-leadership, social entrepreneurship, and purpose-driven technology — themes core to both RTIH and Andhra Pradesh’s innovation vision.

          NPCI vide circular No 177, dated July 28 th , 2016, informed the Banking community that the APB Return Code NO 3 – Account Description does not tally is removed from the valid return reasons.            As the participants have to make necessary changes in their Software, the effective date of this circular is September 1 st , 2016.           It may be noted that the ‘Beneficiary Name’, is an Optional field and the Sponsor Bank may choose NOT to incorporate the Beneficiary Name in the input field.                NPCI has observed that few banks are mapping the return records of ‘Aadhaar not mapped to the account number’, to ‘Account Description Does Not Tally’.
